Shipping Policies

Each crown is handmade from scratch by me (Kate!)
Because of this, it takes some time for me to make sure they are perfectly polished and ready for their new homes.  I personally inspect and package every piece before it ships.

Please allow 5-7 days for crowns to ship out.  Standard shipping is UPS ground or USPS, which you can select when checking out.  Shipping charges are calculated at check out. 

Expedited shipping is available upon request.  For rushed shipping and rates please e-mail amaroqdesign@gmail.com.
I am committed to working with you to make sure you get your pieces well before the date you need them.

 

Return Policies

I am happy to offer a full refund (minus the shipping cost) for any online store item that is returned unworn in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.  Return postage is paid for by customer.
You will be refunded upon return of the crown.  Please allow 5-7 days for reimbursement to process.

Custom pieces are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.  Once we depart on that journey, we will work together until you are 100% satisfied with your crown.
